Your responsibilities include guiding customers through their exploration of Tesla’s products and facilitating a seamless sale and delivery process. We are seeking a candidate who is energetic, highly organized, and hardworking, with a genuine passion for sustainable energy and a talent for creating exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and engage customers in a virtual environment, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for effective conversations.
Excite and educate prospective customers through various channels about Tesla’s product offerings.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information, coordinating test drive appointments, and following up on potential leads.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, including customer education, vehicle preparation, and document completion.
Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery goals by meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets.
Demonstrate expertise in Tesla’s products and services, staying updated on EV trends and local incentives.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs, including coordinating deliveries and providing virtual support for customer inquiries.

What You’ll Bring

1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Passionate about the Tesla mission and our innovations in the personal transportation industry.
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license required.
For applicable roles: a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License is required in certain states; contact your local DMV to confirm eligibility.
For applicable roles: a Notary license is preferred; Tesla will assist in obtaining this if required.
